What happened to Alex ake53?

Just in case anyone was wondering what happened to me.

Well times have changed,
I sold my X5 02 3.0i green/beige heavily equipped to a new proud owner. Came out even on it.

You may be wondering what made me sell it.

Believe me I loved the X, it was my baby. my 2nd car, my childhood dream car.
I drove it over a year and put around 15k miles on it.
I did just about everything on it on my own, from door handles a few times to belts and pulleys...coding etc.

and well now you might be guessing what am i driving...well i went with toyota camry se.

i really miss my x5, all those memories, drives in the snow. off-roading.

I really pulled off some crazy things on it. I miss the roar of the bulletproof m54 motor and stiff handling...
one day i will return the BMW world... but for now work hard and save that money.

ALSO I AM SELLING MY BMW DIAGNOSTIC/CODING COMPUTER.
now that i dont have any use for it, if someone wants it. the laptop and cable with all software loaded and working just send me a pm. I'm looking to get around 120 shipped.

edit- hello, I got pictures now.
hp laptop. two gig ram and dual core processor. romanian software and cable package. and hp charger
also included all my pdf files to help in different cases. and bentley manual. used on my 3.0 because engine is the same m54

120 shipped in the USA

thank you, I will stick around and quietly browse the threads for now.

check out the carnage thread. I just left my recent experience there. I will still continue to creep around in the threads and occasionally post things. I miss this place and my X5.
It really feels like a family on here. Soon i shall return, perhaps with a 4.8is

Alex, look for PM.
I'm probably gonna snatch it from you if TMV doesn't. Not sure if I'd use it often tho. I'd really only use it to turn off the cold check on my fogs (front and rear) and maybe see what other coding I CAN do.

Would be nice to read faults tho through DIS...

my garage is still being built but I'm betting this would be a great addition to my man cave.
PS: think it could be used on a 8 series to read things or change coding?

I thought tmv already has coding setup at home, not sure if he has full package though. Having DIS alone is worth the price of this, you can't do proper diagnostics well without it in my opinion!
