Left the car at the mechanics all day again. They are a busy shop, and I don't think they spent a lot of time with my car, but they hooked it up to the computer again, and no faults are showing up. As far as the computer is concerned, my self leveling suspension system is in perfect working order. He again manually filled up the bag and told me to come back in a week when he has time to get his hands on the system and do some controlled leaks to pin down exactly where the problem is. I'm pretty frustrated right now. I really hope the control module isn't the problem. If it was the problem, wouldn't it be very likely that a fault would show?

Yes in my opinion you would be throwing some sort of errors.
Did they smoke test the system?

They did not do a smoke test. But would good would a smoke test do when the bigger problem is that the compressor isn't kicking on to fill up the leaking bag?

I'm still having problems with my self leveling suspension. The passenger side keeps dropping. Funny thing is I know it's not leaking. Right now my car is being worked on, and the battery cable has been unplugged for days, and the bag is staying up. It only goes flat when I'm driving, and usually after I've hit a bump or something. I'm guessing it must be electrical, although I'm not sure. It just randomly loses all it's air, and from what I can tell it doesn't appear to be mechanical. What do you guys think? Control module? Sensor? I got the software to hook it up, and I ran all the diagnostics, and it's checking out fine with the software. I am at a loss.

No errors with gt1 at all? Are you positive it's not a leaky air strut (did you have them smoke tested? If they are still original they could have a tiny leak somewhere)

Perhaps you hitting the bump exposed the hole and lets the air out, for what its worth sometimes the roll folds on the air struts hide the leaks.
Put it up into off-road mode, mark the heights, and leave it parked overnight. See if it holds position then.

No errors at all with GT1. As I was working on my car, I felt my strut, and it was full of error, and then I lifted the car up, and when I did I heard the sound of air emptying. After the sound, I felt the bag and it was empty. And then it filled up again later. Then I unplugged the battery to work on some other stuff, and it has stayed filled up the entire time, even when I raise or lower it. That's what makes me think it's electrical.

It is essentially in off road mode right now. My struts are fully extended, and are hard as a rock.

The bag that is giving me the headache is an arnott bag. And it looks like it's in good shape. And my mechanic did a soap test on it and said there didn't appear to be any leaks.
