I saw that also but when I'm searching google I can't find any pictures of anyone with them installed I wanted to see how they look from different angles. Pics of the roof mounted lights would be nice too

now I don't think its a daft Q , but here we go , ill try to explain as good as i can.
i do know i have self level inact error on my car at the moment
the other week i noticed that my rear right corner is lower than my rear left , maybe 2 to 3 inch when the car is off and its been parked up . when i fire the car up the airbags lift it up so its level , so there is an obvious problem there.
ive had it in the other day for some work doing on it , and the indy says he cant see anything wrong with the airbags.
if i have the ignition on , and jack up the rear left of the car it should i think force the other side up to level the car, and then i can check for leaks
also correct me if im wrong but , number 19 on this , does both headlight AND suspension level??
RealOEM.com * BMW E53 X5 4.4i LEVELL.DEVICE, AIR SPRING AND CTRL UNIT

reason why i ask this is i read my codes other day and i keep getting this
LCM -> Shadow-memory:
57/02 - Level control system
im wondering if that sensor could be going bad and its causeing both the suspension and the headlight problems??

not really stupid questions really

This sounds like a classic air bag leak.

You're right...it's not a stupid question. You should have started a new thread and asked your question there. That way all your answers & suggestions could easily be found instead of being buried in a thread that is about multiple other topics and is 26 pages deep.

You'd also help someone else that may end up with the same issue in that finding your thread would be easy with all things in the thread being about that issue only...and not with a bunch of "questions too dumb to ask".

Upgrading wheels/riims questions. I have the 2005 3.0 style 131 18" if i put on the style 132 on, would i need any mods such as hub rings or new bolts/lugs? I'm thinking i do not since its the same E53. just want to confirm.
Also, works has been kicking my butt and havn't had the chance to get new tire for one wheel, is it ok to drive with the spare 17" rim/wheel for a few days w/o doing harm?
thanks for your time.

You have staggered tires? Looks to me 132 are staggered.
