Air Intake Boot Connected to??

There are two air lines that are connected to the air intake boot at the 90.

What are they? Where do they go?

The smaller line (which at my best guess is a suction line going to the gas tank) is severely deteriorated and needs to be replaced. Part number? Just cut a new piece?

I'm getting a Mass Air Flow sensor P0102 code and it has a habit of stalling when sitting at idle.

My previous experience so far tells me this thing is extremely sensitive to air flow quantities.

I already replaced the ICV.

Rather try replacing this cheap tube before doing the MAF.
