Appreciated Terminator,
I am very busy with both cars
I want to summarize all modifications later to be reference to all
As for quick updates
I manged to move the alarm system as plug and play no issues as the harness was pre-wired
The trick part that the 4.8 is panoramic while the 4.4 is normal sunroof
Hence the ultrasonic module location is different
It is pre wired in 4.4 at middle light console while in the 4.8 is located in console containing roof buttons

I couldn't take the rain sensor as it is not pre-wired on 4.4

for the rain sensor you will need to take the whole windshield as the sensor is glued to the galss - not sure if you could have removed the sensor alone... i know the sensor can be glued to the glass without one pre-glued though...

for the rain sensor you definetely need the GM and the LCM, as the rain sensor also incorporates the light sensor... and i think, there is a RLS module somewhere in the glove compartment too - don't quote me on the RLS, i could be wrong...

tire monitoring is done by one of the two ways: TPM and RDS...

take a look at the center console's button module (module A169, switch center) and see if the second from the right button says RDS or has a picture of "flat tire" - if the A169 has RDS, you need to pull the RDS module from the glove compartment, 4 antennae from the wheelwells, 4 sending units from the wheels (or use the 4.8 wheels in the 4.4 car) and pull the spare wheel too, as that one has a sending unit too (turned to the right side of the car when inside the trunk).

If the button has a picture of the "flat tire", then you don't need to mess around with antennae and the sending units - I need to check to see if the TPM module is located in the glove compartment too or not... not even sure if there is a stand-alone TPM module to begin with - the flat tire calculations are happening in the ABS module in the engine bay and the reporting is excecuted by the GM and reported by the LCM... sounds complicated but in reality is much simpler system as it has less hardware (and less reliable than the actual RDS system, as it reports relative drop in pressure in one wheel in excess of 10-20% in relation to the other wheels - therefore prone to under-reporting a gradual loss of pressure in all tires)
