Yep. And if you're open to getting new, for another $15 more you can get the newer style

At $100 they are a good buy, I just sold a set fr $150.
The set I had were marked E53...and I used them on my E39 touring (1999) and E53 X5 (2006)
Make sure you get the instructions and the wrench....in the manner of BMW "stuff" they are a bit complicated to get them on right.
