Thumping Noise When Rolling Window Up

Hey guys my X has been having this weird problem when I roll the window up. When I click the button to roll the window up, it makes this thumping noise inside the door. Also, when it makes its way to the top, the window closes really hard.

Been happening like this ever since I brought my car to a smog shop a couple of months ago. Most likely the idiot messed up my car!

Does anybody know what could be going on inside the door?
