Belt Tensioner - OEM? Also, rebuild or replace assy?
So I pulled out my burnt alternator and the belt tensioner (hydraulic) is toast as well.
In a preliminary search I see a variety of brands like Ruville, Ina, etc. Anyone know who is OEM for this part? ETA: Also, looking at RealOEM I see that the hydraulic tensioner is rebuildable, the tensioner arm needle bearings, tensioning cylinder, and pulley are all available as parts. What are everyone's thoughts on rebuilding vs purchasing an assembly?
