X5 engine misfire on 2 cylinders, car shaking

I have 05 X5 3.0 M54 engine, I got the codes p0303 and p0306 misfire detected on 3 and 6, I changed the spark plugs swapped the coils to see if the misfire moves, but still on cylinder 3 and 6. Things I have done so far:
- Changed all 6 spark plugs.
- Checked the coils by removing it one by one while the engine is running.
- Checked the DISA valve, looks good cleaned it.
- Cleaned MAF.
- Changed valve cover gasket. I found some burned oil(not sure if it's oil but something burned with bad smell) on the spark plug number 6 that's why I changed the gasket.

I don't know what to do next, it gives only these 2 codes, misfiring regardless of the condition, cold warm or hot, idle or driving.

I need to mention that when the problem started a month ago, if I let the car run for a while and then restart the engine the misfire is gone, but now it's misfiring regardless.

I appreciate your help

If the misfire doesn't change cylinders when you swap / switch coils to these specific cylinders, I'd suspect the wiring and/or connectors to those coils.

Since you swap out the plugs, we can assume that there wasn't any oil in the spark plug holes so we can eliminate the VCG. Could be a couple of bad injectors or the injectors not getting a signal from the DME. Could also be a wiring issue to the coils or injectors.

You need to determine if there is a spark to the plugs and if not why not. If you have a spark at the plugs could be the injectors then. Could also be the DME.

if you have changed the spark plugs and coil packs then I would look at the injectors next

How do you usually check the wires?
Thanks

I have replaced VCG already. Is there any way I can check if there is spark to the plugs?

As a matter of fact when I start the car it runs fine with no shaking(rpm 700-800) for 2-3 seconds but then the rpm drops to 500-600 and the engine starts shaking, If I shift the gear from P to D or R the car will be shaking more.

When did you replace the CCV ? Were all of the hoses changed? Did you remove the oil dip stick and clean it out ? And did you clean the valve cover ? If you did not, you may have a clog somewhere and you will again need to replace CCV+ all hoses remove oil dipstick clean it out + replace oil dip stick O-ring and clean out the valve cover thoroughly and redo valve cover gasket. Hopefully this can help you out.
