LOL! I'll make sure to mention the MILF-detector option next time I talk to the dealer. :p

I don't think it's operational; I couldn't find a way to turn it on anyway.

Put the car in reverse to activate the parking sensors. Have the saleman walk behind the car, not unless the PO was an idiot and put them up front.

I use to have a radar detector that had almost the same type of light pattern, but i would just mount the whole unit to the windsheild and plug it into a 12v source.

I had that on a car I owned and although I would prefer it to be a MILF detector it was not.
That is an aftermarket parking sensor indicator. The L and R letters on the 2 sides show the side on which the parking sensor is detecting something and a series of bars starting from the centre towards the L or R show how close you are getting to the obstacle. The square box in the centre of the screen with the m letter shows approximate distance in metres (starting from 1.5 if I remember well) from the obstacle.
