x5Alpine is on a distinguished road
first off. don't hold it at 3k rpm when you just started it and its cold regardless if it will die but it might be the MAF sensor. When mine went I was on a road trip; and the engine went into fail safe mode and each time I would start it it would just die.

Sounds possibly vacuum related. Check all plastic and rubber ducts that carry air
