FCAB - Looks like it's shot

What do ya'll think?

This is on the driver's side, where I had a bend in the wheel that was causing the steering wheel to shake. I think the vibrations help to fatigue the FCAB.

It looks shot without being out of position due to rubber fatigue to me.

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
If you can tug the middle of the arm and have some play. It's shot.

I can tell you its shot without even asking you to do that though. Do both sides.

Does replacement require an alignment?

I believe the forward control arm (camber arm) requires an alignment after install, the thrust arm bushing (caster bushing/arm) you can get away without an alignment.
