Thank you to whoever it was that suggested this fix.

Took a total of 20 minutes to replace both. I instantly noticed a smoother idle, when accelerating I can actually see out my back window again, no more giant cloud of white smoke and when sitting at a light it's so smooth I had to look at the tach to make sure it was running.

With the parts being as cheap as they are I'm stoked to have solved these issues so cheap.

The old CCV's had the milky crud clogging them up, not too bad though, but enough to plug every hole in the rubber portion of the CCV. Hot oil change comes tomorrow to try to clear anything else out.

I'm freaking excited, no more feeling like the person behind me is screaming HOOPTY when I take off from a light.

Now let's see how she idles on a cold start in the morning, that will be the true test.
