Complete rebuild including the torque convertor so everything is fresh and ready to go.
Shop sounds awesome. What is the name of it?

Just a quick update....I have put 2000 miles on the engine and tranny rebuild without any issues that I can find. Car runs good and seems quicker than before but I went without driving it for so long who knows.

Unfortunately I will have to put her up for sale. Putting 2 of my kids back into private school so I need to get a little cash back that I put in the last 6 months. I have way more in her than she is worth but it has been fun. She needs new tires so I will get those in a couple of weeks and then set her loose.

I have also started plasti-dipping the interior to match the red. The red kit from BMW was about a $1000. So far it matches perftectly and looks terrific. Better than when I tried to wrap them. I'll post some pics when done.

Hi smwmustang,

I echoed Props, same question....

What was the name of the Transmission shop? Since they packaged a good deal for you.

Sorry for not seeing that about the shop.

Shop was Buddy Ferrell Tranmission in Memphis TN. I have known him for quite some time. He put a transmission in my 86 Mustang GT in 1998 or so.

Just a little shop but I had to wait almost a month to get it done since so many people trust him with their work.

Here is the link.
