There are a lot of things that can cause this, try to figure out the frequency.
If it's so fast it almost tickles your hand almost certainly tires (cupping etc) if it's slow like a wiggle it's likely suspension like ball joints if it's in the middle and changes a lot based on turning radius it's likely in the CV axle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

If you get a shudder ONLY when steering and it's a quick wiggle (shudder perfect word) and especially during a lane change then stops, it's almost certainly a ball joint.

The shudder goes away once I pull off from driveway. It doesn’t happen during regular driving, even when I change lanes

You have to figure out exactly what condition brings it. Can you reproduce at McDonald's driveway? From red light ? Only turning right?
Often those wiggles are in the road but it sounds like leaning toward: Tire cupping CV axle related (cold grease) Engine mount Subframe mount. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Let me shine some light on this for you guys. I had this issue. You need to rebuild brake calipers. My bmw shop owner friend diagnosed it, and was on the money. Did the drivers side, problem when asaynon that side. Still have to do pass side, issue has now crept up on that side.
Best way to check is pick up speed, get on the brakes, sorta hard, turn one direction, then go oppsodite direction as you come to a complete stop. Should shudder almost every time.

When you say shudder, do you mean like a clacking sound? Or difficulties turning?

Sticky caliper one side will definitely give you a steering shudder.

If I turn really quick when I’m doing my 3 point turn, it vibrates a lot more If I turn the steering very slowly, I can reduce the vibration

Confirm is this makes sense. Does not happen when wet/raining. Does not happen as soon as you start driving, takes time to present itself. Anyway, pretty sure it’s your balljoints.
