need water pump help PLEASE

06 4.8is. Shaft is wobbling on waterpump and causing a squeal. Needs to be replaced which is fine. Is there a guide with pictures that anyone knows about? the plastic hose connecter with the metal clip around it makes me wonder if you pull that up to take off the hose or what? never seen one before I got my x5. any advice about the coolant pipes that attach to the motor and how to set them properly with the new water pump. Any help is Greatly appreciated. Thanks guys -Shane V

Just replaced one recently and referenced this useful diy video.

And yes the metal clips pop up using a flathead screwdriver and hoses need to be pulled back.
