Top mirror is new one, bottom is old. Did not spring for the auto-dim but got the blue tint instead, I'd still like to buy wheels!

Here's what happens when the mirror pops off taking the back plate with it, instead of the mirror going up and unclipping from it. No harm though you can see there's just a cup on the backing plate that fits onto the motorized backing in the housing, the old mirror did just snap back in so I could go to Costco

Going to try to remove the mirror the right way again and barring that will pry the plate off the mirror if have to.
