Back up camera problems

I am trouble installing the backup camera to my aftermarket radio from China. I am currently using a relay switch. Here is the problem I am having:

1. When the reverse trigger wire from the back of the radio is connected to 12v power, the monitor screen is blank. The signal is being picked up, but the there is no picture. Also, when the reverse trigger wire is connected to 12v and the gear is moved to reverse, the camera is working properly. The monitor automatically switches to the picture of the rear of the car. Terminator xxx5 has been helping me out. I am just trying to get more feedback.

funny i have abeen having the same scenario except i am getting no picture but the words picture maybe reversed

a guy local audio store told camera was bad but had no way of testig it other then having them install it i quickly left.

i have hooked my reverse trigger wire up to 12v and also tapped into the revesre wire but stil get the same screen i am installing on a pioneer stereo avh-2500bt
