We are all the same here... Anonymous resource.. unless you think about yourself as the BMW historian (like the joker said, if you are good in something don't do it for free). I think it tickles you to be the source of information...

But we are digressing again... On to the next topic...

I definitely appreciate all the friendly banter re the subject...
I was just curious to know which I had so I can better inform myself about what to expect maintenance wise. I'm keeping this X of mine til it I'm in the ground, and I'll need every technical resource to do that!

I just got tired of typing all the characters. They were 390R, not sure about how many variants beyond that. All were the same GM transmission.
