Engine Misfiring lieke CrAzY !!

My X5 have been idling rough these past few days. It all started several weeks ago when I was driving to work, it was idling rough with an engine light on in the parking lot, so I plug in the OBD reader and says engine 4 misfires(forgot the code), so I drive home and replace all the spark plugs and swap coil 3 and 4. Everything was fine for about 2 weeks, no engine lights or rough idle. These last couple of days, I would start her up and let it warm up a bit before driving off, once I get to my destination or let it idle for a bit(sometimes at a red light) the engine would start to idle rough and engine light would come on saying "misfire cylinder with fuel cut off" on all cylinders.(It seems like the problem only starts to happen when I let it idle and not while I'm adding gas before the light comes on) The OBD would read P1343 P1345 P1347 P1349 P1351 P1353, now how the hell can all cylinders be misfiring?? I have kind of done a leak test with a can of carburetor spray, which I spray all parts of the hoses and intake and seeing if the engine revs higher, but nothing. The CCV was replaced early winter so I don't think it's that. Anyone have any idea on what to check next or have a similar problem?? The X5 now cant even be driven anywhere now without the engine light coming on and rough idle.
