Sudden, unexpected loss of power.
I'll obviously have a closer look tomorrow but in the meantime does anyone have any ideas?

No, all appears to be fine. No loose hoses or broken belts.

Is she able to keep driving? Did you pull over and try to restart? Did you get it towed? We need more info to help diagnose.

Have you checked if the pressure hose/pipe from the turbo to the intake has come loose or is cracked?
Because the 'pop'-sound followed by loss of power, is exactly what you will experience if that happens.

Not sure what the 'pop' was though. Very odd.

Clogged injectors can cause that on diesels, I recommend running Amsoils Diesel injector clean + cold flow. It should help. Could also be a piston/compression issue, fuel pump or fuel filter, clogged fuel line that just came clean. Unfortunatly its hard to guess without seeing it or hearing it.
