Windows and Locks not working 01 X5

I recently replaced the regulator on the front passenger side of my 2001 X5. Everything seemed fine except it was extremely slow up and down.

Now the window won't go down only up. I have it apart and the motor spins clockwise when using the up and nothing when using down. I reversed polarity on the motor using leads and it does spin the other direction when reversed. The passenger window button on the drivers door does neither.

Also the lock from key or console doesn't work for this door only. Let me know if you've run into this?

Thanks for the response. There doesn't appear anything wrong with the wiring.
