Eject Box Wiring

Hi

I'm still struglling to get my BT retrofit working...can anyone advise re the wiring for the eject box....

EJECT BOX LEADExt: Eject EndExt: ConnectorCar Wiring1PurpleBlackBlackRed/YellowULF 322BrownBrown3Green45RedRed/Blue678910Red/BlueRed/Yellow111213GreenBrown/WhiteBrown/WhiteGreen/WhiteULF 1114WhiteBlack/WhiteBlack/White15Green16Yellow17Brown Ground18

I've moved 2 to 17 (Ground) and 5 to 10 (Power).

According to WDS - there should be a feed to pin 3 from lighting circuit.... but there is no pin 3....

Can anyone advise if this layout is correct....

So far when I press pairing button on eject - it activates the voice recognition (!)..... so something isnt right.

Any help appreciated

cheers

what year is your car, what options did it have, what have you already done, what generation BT you are using, what are you trying to accomplish...

Hi

Its a 2002 3.0 Diesel sport.

It has factory sat nav, standard (non DSP) radio, TV, Cd changer and it had a motorola phone kit.

Ive installed Blue tooth unit, it pairs fine - option available on display. The voice recognition is working - however audio from phone and voice is way to faint and distorted - I beleive I need the ELK 800 amplifier....

I wonder how the speech from the motorola system worked - I thought it would have been plug n play....

Ive now got an eject box which has the pairing button - but Im not sure of the connections from this to the wiring loom...

Any help appreciated

thanks
