Arrow Interior Lighting mods

Hey guys,

I'm going to receive this sometime in the next week among some other things interior related items ( a surprise his words lol)

I'll be sure to include some pics before / after.
If it's anything like the cargo one he sent me as a gift for an issue I helped him with then it's going to be bright as hell lol
He's the most honest merchant I've encountered in my life especially online.. Those sweet angel eyes I bought well one stopped working and I called him up put one in the mail no questions asked.. well before I had a chance to investigate and find out it was a loose connection and fixed it myself (I felt like an ass) he had already sent it out..
I contacted him told him to stop shipment on the the replacement bulb he refused and told me to keep the extra bulb a gift..

How Many merchants you know would do such a thing, I realize I have helped him with some issues and we've become friends even still not many would do this.

Anyway here's a new product he is carrying and because of me he's focusing on getting more E53 stuff which is good news for us all in relation to lighting because he provides the highest quality I've seen.. I've seen other posts on some of the M3 forums "brightest in the world".

for 4 of those door lamps they cost double of what I paid for high power SMD LED bulbs on my entire interior, nice, but pricey

He has festoon bulbs too but I'm willing to bet these are brighter than any you're going to find out there anyway.
There's no way you're going to get the same output from just a bulb because of other variables involved. Yes it's much cheaper though I did that with my license plate lights..

Is that price per light or is it a pair? Just so that my math is right, you would need 8 of these things to outfit a complete X (1 per door, driver foot well, passenger foot well & 2X rear hatch)? If they come in warm white I may entertain these...

Honestly I'm not sure, feel free to ask them though.. I think it's a pair though because when I got the free cargo one there was a empty space for another panel. As far as spectrum or kelvin temperature I'll take pics although I wouldn't be surprised if they come in all flavors. I know he's putting together a complete interior package and based on the other packages he sells it will most likely be cost effective.

As I stated he's getting in more things for E53's if you check out the site he has TONS of led bulbs already to choose from more than most merchants.
He's sending me a bunch of stuff to beta test to make sure the info he's getting on his end is correct and only wants to put the best products out there.
I helped him with some networking issues among other things which is how I ended up getting some of these. I can say this even just the bulbs are very bright he gave me a couple of festoon bulbs for my license plate that are really bright and one of the cargo lights which is very similar to interior one I posted above... That cargo one is insanely bright. I also got a couple of puddle lights that are nice when I bought the MTEC Fog lights (3100 lumens, insanely bright).

Getting this stuff as far as I know:
-
Courtesy light(s)
Osram panels
Osram panels (guessing different one(s) he mentioned the best lol)
"1x T10 to the extreme" (his words)
-

As far as how many I'm unsure at this point we're trying determine what's best.
Like I said I'll take pics and literally be a mutual critic as I paid nothing and not getting paid anything either. He knows that it's in his best interest to impress me and us. Wouldn't you if you wanted the business? At the same time I'm trying to make sure the people here get what's promised. I like this community a lot best one I've seen in general.
I'm working towards my own business with programing/updating/hardware (coding).
-
Oh as an FYI I have a technical background in electronics, computers, and a mechanical background which he also knows.
I'm a Locomotive Engineer and before that I was a HVAC Tech for 10 years plus I grew up with a electronics engineer/professor for a father.

Well if the $30 is per pair that's much more reasonable, you'll still need the T10 wedge bulbs for the dome lights and 2 - 42mm festoon bulbs for the rear footwell lights, as well as the glove box light if you care to change that (I like everything to match).

Looking forward to pics when you get them in, LED lighting on my interiors is something I've been doing for 10 years (first time I did it was when you could only get T10 wedge bulbs with 1 small LED on it, dim as hell but the color used to really impress people), great mod for little price which makes a huge difference.

Thanks for info , I'll pass it on if needed like I said have to wait and see exactly what I'm getting and most likely have to fill in the gaps because I doubt I'm getting enough for the entire interior .. Then again he never ceases to amaze me lol

I really can't complain though being it's a gift for a few issues I solved for him. I already got 5 free bulbs then again knowledge is power

Ive actually been looking to do LEDs all around on my X. Everyhting just seems kinda over priced in my opinion.

Wow look at these T10's I hope he sent me these lol They look serious.. Define overpriced there's more to an LED than one thinks it just isn't the bulbs which even themselves isn't a simple design circuit.
They're are other chips/circuits involved to keep a steady output, non flickering, error free illumination that draw less power (which is where the error would occur or temperature).
In some cases though you're right one of the biggest pricey places I've seen is Carid with some very low quality..

Now this one below looks like it's intense 700 Lumens for a T10? lol
