Adjusting Xenon lowbeams (already posted in existing thread no response)

I have been driving at night lately & been getting flashed (brights) as my lowbeams are too high. The passenger side is 1/2" higher than the seemingly high driver side.

The lights move up & down automatically when I start the car so I assume there must be a computer involved. I have INPA, GT1, DIS etc how do I lower the low beams by about 1/2- 1"?
