bleeding the cooling system
I have a 2002 bmw x5 3.0i does anyone know how to bleed the cooling system ? i need step by step. 1-engine on 2-does bleeding screw need to be remove.3 heater on high temp need help

Leave cap off and rev and hold for a bit to rwmove air bubbles..I was doing it at 2
Check your heat if its hot

Take bleed screw out only when filling. Fill to the top. Then run with heat on and cap off hopefully until lowe hose getsnhot. Then put cap on. Then let cool over night. Check level.
