Chris, not familiar with that site but I used this one which seems to work okay. More detail but sometimes it seems to lock up and I get an error on the screen. I am going to check with them to see if I might have a bad disk. The voice is english but british english and not american if thats an issue to you.

Just an update on my purchase, received the discs from satnavuk.co.uk for my x5 the guy was very helpful and all working well just getting my head round all the speed camera voice alerts if like me you have an old x5 for almost 10 years old to hear these alerts is rather weird hope this is useful info for other users as I said I only went for the price which was only 13.99 so a bargain and well happy no lock up yet but early days thanks
bobschultz for the heads up

Chris, so for US14 u received full maps including the alerts? I thought u had to have an on star type system to obtain that. Assume these r on burnt dvd's and not original. As mentioned the ones I obtained cost $50 (burnt DVDs) and work fine but sometimes I have a disk read error.

Hi bobschultz - what arrived was 2 discs 1 marked as maps 2014 and 1 marked as v32.3 all i did as per the instructions insert the v32.3 it then did a upgrade took about 5 mins then inserted the other disc 1 was a cd-r and the other was a dvd-r with that i had a new menu called config instead of set this had voice alert on or off and another menu called extras in the location section which had speed cams plus other things, the price was gbp £13.99 so i guess around 20 usd i did think it was a bit cheap as other sites are charging double that so all in all a bargain, just wish i could afford the new x5 - need to win the lottery for that

is the v32.3 a custom made firmware upgrade to the MK4 nav that allows the voice alerts to the cameras? The price for firmware is not bad, i'd say is a very good one... factory price for a factory firmware is about $10 US.
but the map disks are not originals though...

Hi TerminatorX5, i guess it must be all custom when i looked at the website i was not sure what to buy so i contact them and a guy called jon replied saying if i have a pressed dvd then i would need to buy the firmware and maps or if i had a relatively new disc with speed cams etc i could get away with just purchasing the firmware for £5.99 to be honest for the extra £7 i thought i would just buy both kr chris

That site seems to be for Europe only, is there an sat/nav update package available for North America?
