Auto dimming mirror - failed???
Mine does not appear to be responding to light input and before I go to too much effort trouble shooting in what could very well be the wrong direction, thought I would ask the forum. Fuse (number 6 in the glovebox fuse box) is ok. No other electric problems with the vehicle. Searched the forum with no matching result.

...and you have nothing blocking either sensors? There's an ambient light sensor on the rear (faces windshield)...and then the front sensor (faces interior of cabin).
I only ask because some people hang things from the interior rear view mirror.

Eerything is clear - I'm not a fan of "mirror danglies"
![]() Is strange because when I test it by covering the rear sensor and shining a light in the mirror-side sensor, it works fine. Not going to worry too much at this stage but thought it strange. Thanks for your comments mate.
