Certainly...creating a signature is relatively easy.
Scroll to the top of the page...and look for the USER CP link. It should be the one furthest to the right (it's up there where the FAQ, Articles, & How To's links are located.
Once the page open, look along the left side of the page under SETTINGS & OPTIONS...you should see a link that says EDIT SIGNATURE. If you click on that link, it will open up a box similar to a message box used to make a reply or ask a question. You can insert image HTML tags (if you want to post a pic)...but the signature image is limited to smaller size images so that bandwidth isn't wasted.
A pic isn't necessary (though nice)...but the car info/details (model/model year/build date) is important.
