Slight shake when hard brake, rotors problem?

Just felt the front end shake a little bit when I brake hard, say half way down the brake peddle. Not sure if this associated with my newly installed pads & slotted rotors. Brake fluid change last winter. Could be the suspension like ball joint & tie rod, etc?

Much appreciate your advice. New England is super beautiful today. Gotta post some BBQ pics here later on. Cheers!!
