2002 X5 4.4 oil leak

Hi all,
I see few oil drops daily on my garage floor, my mechanic said it looks like the PRESSURE HOSE ASSY, so I ordered the two hoses with part number 11427504295 & 11427504294 and after I bought them he said he can't change them because he can't see the other end which is connected to the engine.

My question now, is it doable without taking the engine apart? Can I do it myself? How much should I pay another mechanic to do it? Anyone had to change them before?

Thanks a lot guys.
