Sunroof shade stuck - panaromic roof
the inside shade inside the x5 is stuck open. no responses to the switch. the roof opens and closes. i have the panaromic roof onmy 04. any ideas?

if there's no "ratcheting" sound like it's trying to close, the switch needs replacing. If there's a noise and the shade is trying to move, check the tracks to see if something is blocking it.

it just does nothing, the roof opens and close. i guess it's time to take it to the dealer and make use of the warranty.
