You have a lean condition that the 02 sensors are not able to compensate for. What are the short term and long term fuel trim readings?

Thank you for your reply. Do you mean these Live Test Values?

Should be fuel trim percentages listed for each cylinder.

OBD II normally list them for Bank 1 and Bank 2 since these are controlled by the 02 sensors. Never saw an engine data listing fuel trim for each cylinder since each cylinder are not controlled by an 02 sensor.

If the Fuel trim was negative that means the 02 sensor will be taking away gas from the mixture (Rich Condition). The injector will close sooner.

If the fuel trim was positive that means the 02 sensor will be adding gas to the mixture (Lean Condition) The injector will stay open longer.

From the Data your engine appears to be running cool. That could cause the DME to send a signal to the injectors to provide a richer mixture since cold engine needs a rich mixture.

This test I did after runing car about 10 kms. I will try to run more then let see what would be values. If everithing would be OK in this test. What should I check?

For info, I changed spark plugs with Iridum spark plugs, fuel filter about 4 months ago.
Rebuilt dissa valve using G.A.S. Disa Valve Repiar Kit about 2 months ago.
Chaged air filter with K&N High performance Air Filter about 11 months ago and do cleaning and oiling with every engine oil change.
Changed engine oil 20 days ago.

It appears that you are using BMW Scanner 1.4. Some of the error codes listed are just hiccups in the program. The short to negative is a common hiccup. Do you have a SES or CEL light on right now? If not I would not be too concern.

Yes, I have a BMW Scanner 1.4. I tried to clear code and it cleared, but after 2 days I get "Service Engine Soon" light again and the same Error Codes. Yesterday when I was doing DME- Live Test, those first 2 errors was RED and not Yellow as it is on the attached first picture ( Errors Details DME) . After Test I cleared them again without turning of engine and after 5 minutes I re-scanned and still there were not any errors. I think it takes a time to diagnose Errors. However, should I try to load engine and test it on higher RPM-s (>=4000) ?

I would try cleaning the mass air flow sensor, since the lean condition is not a p0171 or p0174 code. The other codes are shadow codes, which isn't codes that will set off the SES light.

Other source of problem for the 227 and 228 could be a low pressure/volume fuel pump. You can connect a pressure gauge at the fuel rail and determine what the pressures are with the Key in the on position (primeing the system) and with the engine running. At idle you should see around 50 psi or 344 kPa.
