You mean swap the bumper for one without holes?
Or fill the holes on your existing bumper, and cap off the lines coming out of the washer reservoir running to the jets on the headlight? Those are the two ways I'd do it, but I won't. My rear wiper deletion is controversial enough lol.

Turn them around, they work great for spraying cars that are driven by morons and cut other drivers off. Just get behind them at red lights.

One of my old friends had a neon with his windshield sprayers turned to the sides. One day we were standing around when he goes to get in the car and we all point and laugh. He just smirks and as he gets in the car he hits the jets and hoses us with cleaner! We found it less funny after that.

I disabled my headlight washers by removing the lead to the pump at the bottle. They are nice to have but we have so much dust / dirt in our rain and snow that I exhausted the tank quickly due to the headlight washers running.

I'm thinking that I'll disconnect the pump, remove the pump and somehow seal the hole it leaves, then remove the jets from the bumper and cover the holes they leave. I was just wondering if anyone had already done this.
