I agree with romeokc10. I had almost the same problem. I left car for two weeks, and battery was dead. There was battery drain issue. Reason was actuator of passenger door and Telephone.
I could not open with key manually, because a door lock turned out to be broken. I never used before opening door manually with key. Called locksmith and he did exactly the same thing as romeokc10 wrote.

The central lock button does not work. I think it blew a fuse- as the hazard light and charger plug ins all went out at same time. Thank you for reply!

Your confusing/conflating the 3 features of the key into one. The remote key contains 3 features...which are all 3 independent systems that work in tandem or conjunction with one another. But if one feature fails...it doesn't stop the other features from working.

The remote keys contain:
  1. EWS - immobilizing feature prevents car from starting if chip inside key doesn't match the same code as the EWS control module and DME/ECU
  2. FZV - central locking system (locks/unlocks the doors/trunk/tailgate remotely)
  3. DWA - anti-theft alarm siren system (activates the alarm siren if the car is broken into or is tilted)

Then he removed the broken cylinder so he could turn off the double lock and turn the alarm off.
OP said that the central locking system wasn't working.

Thank you, I was told today the battery in my key is not the problem and dealer said only option is to break window. They are breaking the driver side door because they said that door is going to have to be "opened anyway" to fix lock. The lock that I have my 2nd key stuck in ! Thanks for all inputs, I will post results.
