Another tire wear question

Has anyone else noticed that their front right (passenger) side tire wear slightly faster than all other tires? I've noticed this on mine since new. Doesn't matter what tire brand/pressure I run, it's still does the same. Had it aligned and re-aligned several times throughout it's 11-year life, but still the same. Any feedbacks/suggestions would very much be appreciated. Thanks.

My fronts wear about the same from left to right. From my past experience with open diff, passenger-side rear always wear faster than the driver-side rear since it puts the power to that wheel in drive and I tend to have lead foot.

I tend to agree with dkl, though simply from eyeball estimation over the years.

My thought is that most roads are crowned, there is more 'weight'/force exerted on right side suspension/tires as we drive, and over the many miles, that right side 'edge of road' and road edge/shoulder potholes take a toll on 'wear', regardless of car brand, model, year, et al.

Simply a non-data/non-scientific observation...

Thanks for the input guys The open diff theory makes sense and so does how our roads are crowned. The wear differences isn't a lot, but enough to notice the difference, specially when you look at the tire wear bars when approaching the end of tire life. Just wanted to make sure it's not something specific to my car.

Do you make a lot of left hand turns? That means the right side travel further.

As far as I know, I make as much left hand turns as right hand turns...so who knows

The G35 should be a blast to drive - almost bought one instead of the X5 11 years ago!
