2005 X5 4.4 - Rear Suspension Squeak

Was hoping for some direction from the community.

I have a loud as creaking noise from the passenger rear I have been trying to track down.

It only happens at very low speeds usually in parking lots when the x5 is uneven or like when you go over a speed bump slowly...

Anyways its annoying as hell and here is what I replaced so far to no eval:

Air Springs
Frame Bushings
Upper Control Arm

I just brought it to the dealer and they were absolutely no help. They charge me $145 to blame it on my new frame bushing. But the it was creaking before I replace the frame bushing, thats why they were replaced...Anyways I was hoping for some direction on the next part to replace to try to get this creak to disappear.

Any help is appreciated, below is a pic of my baby.
