2002 4.6is shock replacement?

So my 02 4.6is has about 140k miles on the OEM shocks. I just replaced the rear air springs but keep thinking that my car would handle and drive so much better with new front struts. It seems kind of soft and not as planted at highway speeds as it should. Where can I get OEM sachs (I don't want aftermarket) and did any of you notice a big difference after the change?

Thanks!!

What comes up when you go to the part database (like realoem.com) and pull up the 11 digit BMW part nbr, then type "BMW xx xx x xxx xxx" (where x=the 11 digit part nbr) into a google search box?

Most time, I get thousands of results for common replaceable items.
