Engine light flashes, what could this be?

Hi all! I need help here. Yesterday night, I started my X and the felt the X has a little bit shaken and the engine light flashed at a frequency of once a second. I shut off the engine and started it again, then everything went fine, no engine light and nothing. I drove it for a while and nothing wrong. I will use GT1 to check the problem, but before doing that, does anyone of you know what the problem could be? O2 sensor or something else? Thanks for help!
