Pulley tightening torques N62

Hi everybody.
Iam changing the water pipe with the collapsible one from AGA and the valve stem seals (also AGA). At this stage I am also changing the coolant related parts.
My question is what is the tightening torque of the main tensioner and the tightening torque of the idler pulley?
The bolt of the tensioner is a 8.8 16mm bolt (M10) which normally has 50Nm torque spec. The idler pulley is the same exept it's a T50 torx head.
I read conflictual info about the torque spec, the value ranging from 22Nm to 35Nm and as I said earlier, the standard spec for those bolts is 50Nm which now seems high.

Any help greatly appreciated
