Does anyone have a TIS subscription or DIY for the Valve Cover Removal Process?

Im going to start tackling the AGA N62 Valve Stem Replacement Process and wanted to know if anyone has the removal instructions of the valve covers TIS (Technical Information System) procedure # 11 12 005 for the left side and 11 12 006 for the right side?

Also for the ones who did the valve seals do I remove the cabin filter / firewall assembly or can I do this without removing it? Torque specs for the valve cover, etc....

If anyone can point me to the right location or provide me the removal process instructions would be great. Also if you have pointers Im all ears for it. More knowledge going into it the better!
