Does anyone have a TIS subscription or DIY for the Valve Cover Removal Process?

Im going to start tackling the AGA N62 Valve Stem Replacement Process and wanted to know if anyone has the removal instructions of the valve covers TIS (Technical Information System) procedure # 11 12 005 for the left side and 11 12 006 for the right side?

Also for the ones who did the valve seals do I remove the cabin filter / firewall assembly or can I do this without removing it? Torque specs for the valve cover, etc....
If anyone can point me to the right location or provide me the removal process instructions would be great. Also if you have pointers Im all ears for it. More knowledge going into it the better!
Thanks again!

valve covers arnt too difficult. If you search you will find the DIY. For the valve seals I did remove the whole assembly, it can be done without removing the Cabin filter and firewall assembly but youll save alot of time and frustration. Trust me LOL

Yea looking at the valve cover it doesn't appear to be to hard but if I can read up on how things come apart, torque specs etc it would make my life a lot more easier. Your the second person who told me to remove the firewall cabin filter area so I guess that's what the plan is. Is it self explanatory on removing that area? I couldn't find anything on removing that either. I tried searching the net but seeing procedures on different models or years so its not really the same method.
