I believe I found the right quad tips for 4.6is
Vibrant Performance 1304, 3.5" OD, double walled SS T304 , very good quality.
They'll need to be cut 1" in back in order to match OEM length and they'll fill out valance almost completely but with just enough clearance to allow for exhaust movement. I respect the members here who prefer OEM but after these are installed I guarantee that some will think different about quad tips.
