FT LB for changing brakes

I was watching Bavarian Auto video on changing rotors, and he said the spec for the bolts on the back should be in the Bentley E53 Manuel. Unfortunately I don't have the Bentley owners manual. Does anyone know what I should set the foot pounds on my torques wrench.

Also while you're there, what's the torque I should set for the wheel lugs on 275/40R/20

Thank you so much!

140Nm or ~100 ft lbs for wheel lugs. Doesn't matter what size the wheels are on the X5.
