I changed my sleeve, filter and fluid at 100k and then did another "dump and fill" 5k miles later. no ill effects or weirdness going on with mine! I used RL D4 and the only reason I did the 2nd "dump and fill" was because I ended up getting 2 cases of the fluid off CL for $20 / case... couldn't pass that deal up!
