Weird silly question from me again...

I just lowered my car like really low, on BC coils.. But the thing now is I drive in the city and my miles per gallon got really low compared to what it used to be. I would think that my Mpg would be better if anything due to the aerodynamics and less draft under the vehicle.. The only thing i could think that would effect it is the wheel alignment needs to be done.. but before i do it i want to know if that is the reason or should i just put back on stock suspension..

PS; On the highway its around the same miles per gallon as it used to be
