Check e-bay for the "Genuine BMW" regulator.

I found a seller in Sparks, NV a few months ago, "new in box, Genuine BMW" units for $50.

Got the glass clip from a BMW dealer, appeared to be made of nylon (more durable then the plastic OE part).
