Just rebuilding the motor as it currently leaks alot of oil and coolant. Stunt who is on this board is my inspiration for doing it! I also have plans to upgrade the sound system. The factory system does well but the DSP gets annoying.

Wish I had kept mine... good 4.6is' are certainly becoming rare. I'm sure this looked menacing as it began bearing down in someone's rear view.

I guess I'll just have to try and find the best one I can and restore it as I do work for BMW.

155,000 miles here. 153,000 of them supercharged. Still strong, enjoy it every day.

I was looking at an estoril 4.6 on my local Craigslist and the guy was willing to trade for my 2006 3.0 but when I started asking for different pictures, the vin number and if certain things were done he never replied back to me lol

Wassup Dude!
Always loved your truck... it was the inspiration to my 4.6is. ESS supercharging is definitely the way to go.
I bet you could give an X5M a run for its money!

S3 Dinan is rated at 451 horsepower and 440lb ft of torque, X5M makes 555 horsepower and 500lb ft of torque at only 1500 rpm, that's a big difference. I'm trying to work a deal with these guys to buy this X5M, you can't argue with 650 horsepower...lol!
