E53 ghost logo lights

Has anyone fitted the bmw ghost led logo door lights or can they not be fitted to the e53.

They will fit. I don't care enough to have them on my X5.

Yes I understand what your saying, they are like marmite LOVE THEM OR HATE THEM, they look easy to fit thought I might have then on for couple weeks until I see sense, do they not affect the canbus and cause error code.

Make sure you order the right ones... I ordered 2 sets that claimed they fit the E53. They did not. After modification I was able to get one installed but tested them by closing the door a bunch of times. The BMW roundel would rotate with each closing of the door. The little lens in there with the BMW roundel was not fixed... would have taken more modification. At this point I was done with them... Still have them in my garage.

I went on Amazon looking for BMW items last summer ($100 A'zon gift card burning a hole in my wallet!), saw these and passed on them.

Glad I didn't get them, my Sonicare toothbrush died a few weeks ago, was nice to use the gift card to replace.
