discrepancy in Volts read via OBC vs Multimeter

Hello all,
Can I pick everyones brains? option 9 via the OBC for those that have unlocked this, give you the volts, correct?

I have been checking this option 9 and also got Volt readings direct via the jump points under the hood and the readings do not tally, why? is it the same for everyone out there?

Voltage readings VIA jump points & multimeter & after full recharge of battery:
12.95V immediately after full recharge -settled to below
12.74V after 2-3 minutes
9.4V lowest reading whilst cranking crank
14.33V when started and idling no rpms

Volts via OBC and after full recharge:
12.50V immediately after recharge & getting into OBC option 9
9.6V lowest reading whilst cranking
13.9V-14.0V when started and idling no rpms

I've been chasing an alternator problem myself.

When I checked the voltage on mine the other day, I was getting 11.3v from the OBC and 11.6v at the under hood terminals.

Seemed reasonable to me... who knows how many miles of wire, connectors, etc are in the path between those 2 points. A few 10ths of a volt doesn't strike me as worrysome.

I have found the same thing between my radar detector (shows voltage when resting) and my cluster.

Appreciate the responses, well after over 2 months of mucking around, I have concluded that my amp draw of 50ma asleep shouldn't be enough to 'kill' my cca 830amp (100ah) battery if the car sits for say 3 days, so am taking it back to store a year down the line to get it CCA tested!

If bad gonna get it replaced and either way gonna check the amp draw of my starter in case this is what is sapping current on each start, which could have ultimately lead to my battery getting so weak over the space of a year....
